A paralegal for a Vancouver-based athletic apparel company by day, and a wellness coach by night, I am passionate about living a full life and being in service to my community. I’m a mother of a beautiful little girl and a wife to a wonderful man.

For many years, I struggled in my relationships with diet, exercise and body image.  My curiosity and desire to heal led me to the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where I began my own transformational journey and graduated in 2015 and immediately began coaching as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Over the years, I saw over and over that stress management and living out of alignment with their life’s purpose presented obstacles for my clients’ nutrition goals, and I knew that I wanted to expand my offerings to include a broader style of coaching. In 2021, I began my training at the Co-Active Training Institute, completed the curriculum this year and am now pursuing my certification.

Stress and disconnection from our core values can distract us from living a life we truly love. As a coach, I believe that you already have all the answers you’re looking for: my role is to ask powerful questions to unlock those answers. Holistically exploring our relationships with our mind, body, and spirit allows us to activate our inner leader and live with purpose.

My lived experience includes body dysmorphia, excessive exercise and food restriction, parenthood, secondary infertility, perimenopause, burnout/dysregulated nervous system, and mindfulness. I believe my experiences put me in a unique position to hold space for my clients, and while I’m passionate about coaching in all areas of life, these are the topics I feel the most inspired to coach on.

I am grateful to be living in what is now known as North Vancouver, BC, on traditional Coast Salish territory represented today by the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nations. As an un-invited settler, this acknowledgment is in recognition of the discriminatory, racist, and colonial practices that have had a lasting legacy, and continue to create barriers for Indigenous Peoples and communities in our province and country.
